RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY

UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO

This policy applies to purchases made through the NO RULES SPORTS international online store, operated by FREE THINKER LLC, and shipped to the United States or Puerto Rico.

For purposes of this policy, references to “NO RULES SPORTS,” “No Rules,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the NO RULES SPORTS international online store operated by FREE THINKER LLC.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

1. REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You have 5 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to contact NO RULES SPORTS and request either:

An exchange for a different size, color, or style; or
A return for a refund.

Once your request has been approved, you will have up to 30 calendar days to ship the item(s) back to our return facility in Colombia.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us and receiving return or exchange authorization.

2. ITEM CONDITION

To be eligible for a voluntary exchange or return, all items must:

Be new, unworn, and unused.
Be unwashed and unaltered.
Have all original tags attached.
Include the original packaging, when applicable.
Be associated with a valid order number or proof of purchase.

All returned items will be inspected by NO RULES SPORTS once they arrive at our return facility in Colombia. An exchange or refund will only be approved if the item meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges, except in cases involving defective or incorrect items, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

3. SIZE, COLOR OR STYLE EXCHANGES

An exchange applies when you would like to replace your original item with a different size, color, or style for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect, damage, or an error made by NO RULES SPORTS.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

You may exchange your item for another item of equal or greater value. If you choose an item with a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Shipping your item back to Colombia

Approved exchange items must be shipped to:

For voluntary exchanges, you are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the original item from the United States or Puerto Rico back to Colombia.

These costs may include:

International shipping.
Taxes.
Duties and tariffs.
Customs fees.
Import or clearance fees.
Carrier handling or processing fees.
Any other charges related to returning the package to Colombia.

Your package must arrive at NO RULES SPORTS with all shipping, customs, duties, taxes, and other charges fully paid.

NO RULES SPORTS will not be responsible for any costs associated with returning an item to Colombia for a voluntary exchange.

If NO RULES SPORTS is required to pay any shipping, customs, duty, tax, clearance, or other fee in order to receive the package, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. NO RULES SPORTS is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or not delivered during return shipping arranged by the customer.

4. PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE & SHIPPING THE NEW ITEM

Once your item arrives at our return facility in Colombia, NO RULES SPORTS will inspect it to make sure it meets the exchange requirements.

If the item is approved, we will process your exchange within 5 business days.

Once the exchange has been processed, we will contact you to:

Confirm availability of the replacement item.
Confirm any price difference, if applicable.
Provide the cost of shipping the replacement item from Colombia to the United States or Puerto Rico.
Provide any applicable taxes, duties, customs, or import charges when these can be determined in advance.

For voluntary exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item from Colombia back to you, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, customs, or import charges.

The replacement item will be shipped once all applicable charges have been paid.

This means that for a voluntary exchange, you are responsible for both shipping costs:

1. Shipping your original item back to Colombia.
2. Shipping your replacement item from Colombia back to the United States or Puerto Rico.

Delivery times after shipment will depend on the carrier, destination, and customs processing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

5. RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND

A return for a refund applies when you choose to return one or more items and receive a refund for the eligible merchandise instead of exchanging it.

You must contact NO RULES SPORTS within 5 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return request has been approved, you will have up to 30 calendar days to ship the item(s) back to Colombia.

Approved returns must be shipped to:

6. RETURN INSPECTION & REFUNDS

Submitting a return request within the first 5 calendar days does not automatically qualify you for a refund.

Before a refund can be issued:

Your return request must be submitted within the required timeframe.
The item(s) must be shipped within the 30-calendar-day return window.
The item(s) must physically arrive at our return facility in Colombia.
The item(s) must meet all return conditions outlined in this policy.
The item(s) must pass our return inspection.

Once your package arrives, NO RULES SPORTS will inspect the returned merchandise to make sure it is new, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original tags and applicable packaging.

If your return is approved after inspection, NO RULES SPORTS will issue a refund for the amount you paid for the merchandise approved for return.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following costs are non-refundable:

Original shipping charges.
Return shipping costs.
Taxes, duties, and tariffs associated with returning the merchandise to Colombia.
Customs, import, clearance, or carrier fees related to the return.
Any other costs incurred by the customer in returning the merchandise to Colombia.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Once NO RULES SPORTS issues your refund, your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

7. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

The exchange and return shipping costs described above apply to voluntary returns and exchanges. They do not apply in the same way when an item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by NO RULES SPORTS.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact NO RULES SPORTS and provide:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item.
Close-up photos showing the defect or damage.
Any additional information reasonably required to evaluate the claim.

NO RULES SPORTS will review the information and supporting evidence to determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

8. WARRANTY PROCESS

If NO RULES SPORTS determines that the item has a manufacturing defect, was damaged due to an issue attributable to NO RULES SPORTS, or an incorrect item was shipped, we will handle the claim based on the circumstances and applicable law.

When a replacement is approved and the photographic evidence provided is sufficient, you will generally not be required to ship the defective item back to Colombia, unless NO RULES SPORTS determines that a return is reasonably necessary to resolve the claim or comply with applicable law.

When a replacement is appropriate, NO RULES SPORTS will send the same item, subject to availability.

If the original item is no longer available, we will contact you to provide an appropriate alternative or solution.

For approved warranty claims involving a manufacturing defect, damage attributable to NO RULES SPORTS, or an incorrect item, NO RULES SPORTS will cover the reasonable costs necessary to provide the approved resolution, as required by applicable law.

9. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Improper use.
Normal wear and tear.
Failure to follow washing, care, or storage instructions.
Contact with bleach, harsh chemicals, detergents, or other substances that may damage the fabric, materials, or colors.
Alterations or modifications made by the customer or a third party.
Accidental damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability.

Receiving your original item at our return facility does not guarantee that your requested size, color, or style will still be available.

If your requested replacement is unavailable, NO RULES SPORTS will contact you to discuss the available options.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

NO RULES SPORTS will ship orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

If a delay prevents us from shipping your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required under applicable law.

Once an order has been shipped, transit times may be affected by the carrier, customs authorities, import procedures, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of NO RULES SPORTS.

12. PUERTO RICO

For orders shipped to Puerto Rico, this policy applies together with any mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations applicable in Puerto Rico.

Our return, exchange, and refund terms will be made available to customers before completing their purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or limited.
